Ann Fuller obituary – MA

SALEM – Mrs. Ann L. Fuller, 60, of Daniels Street, Salem, retired assistant chief probation officer, died Friday morning, July 15, at her home, after a long illness.

Born in Lowell, daughter of the late Clifford P. and Adele (Connor) Fuller, she grew up in Lunenburg and graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1962. She continued her education, receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1966 and her master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Ms. Fuller served the Boston Municipal Court system for 29 years. She served as Assistant Chief Probation Officer in Salem for four years until her retirement in 2002.

She was a resident of Salem and co-founder of the Salem Neighborhood Association. She was also a member of Green Peace, Sponsor-Child Peace, Sponsor Child Reach and was a member of the Massachusetts Retired Employees Association.

Mrs. Fuller is survived by her two sisters, Adele Demers of Front Royal, Virginia and Marilyn Brown of Townsend; nieces, nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also the sister of the late Richard Fuller.

FULLER – On July 15, Ann L. Fuller, 60, of Salem. Her funeral mass will be held Saturday at noon at Immaculate Conception Church, Salem. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at The O’Donnell Funeral Home, 46 Washington Square (at Salem Common) Salem, are Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Burial in North Cemetery, Lunenburg.
