Art crawl in Venice to light up walking streets this month

Exhibits will be displayed in the front yards of local homes and in storefronts

The walking streets of Venice will come alive with creativity and community spirit on June 20 from 6pm to 10pm, as the Venice Art Crawl hosts its latest pop-up event. The celebration will focus on the walking streets and expand to Lincoln, Abbot Kinney and other nearby areas.

The Venice Art Crawl offers a wide range of artistic expressions and cultural experiences, including ceramics, painting, photography, opera, music, poetry, food and fashion. Exhibits are displayed in the front yards of local homes and in storefronts, providing a unique and intimate setting to appreciate the variety of art.

Visitors can walk, bike, Uber, skateboard, or drive from one exhibit to another, making it easy to enjoy the art while exploring the delights of this special neighborhood. A detailed map will be available on VeniceArtCrawl.com the day before the event to guide visitors.

This art crawl celebrates Venice’s historic legacy of a diverse community committed to innovative and often provocative creativity in all forms of cultural expression. Venice Beach culture has become synonymous with ‘cool’ around the world.

The Venice Art Crawl is accepting entries until June 5 at www.veniceartcrawl.com. Some early recorded events include:
