Alan Jackson isn’t done yet, adds dates to ‘Last Call’ tour

At this point, it’s uncertain how long we’ll have the chance to see Alan Jackson perform live, and if you do, you should probably take advantage of it. After revealing a diagnosis of Charcot-Marie-Tooth neurological disease or CMT, he announced his “Last Call Tour” in 2022, not saying it was a “farewell” but that he didn’t know what the future might hold.

Luckily, 2024 still has a number of Alan Jackson tour dates in store, with the singer confirming 10 new dates starting in August and stretching through 2025.

“Fans know that when they come to my shows, they will hear the songs that made me who I am – the songs they love,” says Jackson. “I’ve been touring for over 30 years – my daughters are all grown, we have a grandchild and one on the way… and I’m enjoying spending more time at home. But my fans always show up to have a good time, and I’m going to give them the best show possible for this ‘Last Call’.”

Jackson may only be touring occasionally these days, but what some people want to know is whether they can expect new music from the country legend. Alan hasn’t confirmed anything at this time, but said last year:

“I may not have toured much, but like I said, the creative part stands out every now and then. I’m always writing down ideas and coming up with melodies, and I have a feeling there’s more music to come. When you make an album, or especially when you write a lot of songs, you create something. It’s a challenge, so it keeps you a little more interested. If I hadn’t written, I think I would have gotten bored of just singing long ago.”

All tickets go on sale Friday, June 7. The presale for fan club members is now active. VIP experiences will also be available. One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation. To purchase tickets and for more information, visit
